Daniella has experience in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, and intellectual property, assisting clients in project financing, mergers and acquisitions, foreign investment, mining and natural resources and dispute resolution matters.

Recent endeavors include legal assistance to Barrick Gold in a Private Placement with Precipitate Gold Corp. for Proceeds of C$1,398,500 and assistance to the buyers in the sale of Imperial Brands global premium cigar business to a group of purchasers for the value of €1.23 billion. The business has operations in 150 countries and includes the brands Cohiba, Montecristo and Romeo y Julieta.

Daniella received her Bachelor of Laws, cum laude, from Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra in 2015. She obtained a Master of Laws LLM from Northwestern University’s Pritzker School of Law in 2018.
