B. Génesis Rodríguez practice focusses on Corporate Law, Litigation and Arbitration, Constitutional Law and Administrative proceedings, such as personal data protection, consumer rights and public-private partnerships.

  • B. Génesis is a Senior Attorney at Pellerano Nadal. She has extensive experience in business consulting and litigation and she has advised clients on constitutional law, tax, regulatory, customs regulations, free trade zones, real estate, intellectual property, corporate law, aviation law and banking law. She also has extensive experience in labour and environmental matters.

    In 2019, she worked as an intern at the Permanent Mission of the Dominican Republic to the UN, WTO, ILO, WIPO and other international organizations based in Geneva, Switzerland. She also has first-hand experience as an educator, teaching postgraduate courses organised by the Dominican Constitutional Court.

    Genesis has published several articles, including one in the 2017 Yearbook of the Dominican Constitutional Court entitled "Derecho al Olvido Digital: Puente colgante entre libertades informativas y privacidad" (Right to Digital Oblivion: Suspension bridge between informational freedoms and privacy). She also served for several years as Editor and Coordinator of the column "Observatorio Constitucional", published weekly in the Listín Diario.

    B. Génesis is a licensed English language court interpreter in the Dominican Republic.

Génesis is a specialist in Constitutional Justice, Interpretation and Protection of Fundamental Rights, a degree she obtained at the University of Castilla-La Mancha, Toledo Campus and holds a Master in Business Administration (Executive MBA) from the Barna Management School. She has also participated in several courses and seminars on constitutional law and procedure, arbitration, insolvency, restructuring and liquidation, trust funds and investments, securities market, civil litigation, real estate law, family law, as well as in several conferences on international law.

    She received her Bachelor of Laws LL.B., summa cum laude, from the Catholic University of Santo Domingo in 2012 and in 2014, she obtained a Master's degree in legal practice from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. Additionally, she obtained a Master's degree in Constitutional Law and Procedure from the Universidad Autónoma de Santo Domingo (UASD).
