Gilberto has significant knowledge in government and state liability, providing key insights on issues related to asset forfeiture and criminal matters. His extensive experience makes him an integral part of our legal team.

He has worked on a wide variety of cases, from civil, criminal and administrative medical malpractice, to international arbitration litigation consultant representing Dominican State institutions, having been involved in several high-profile cases, both in the Constitutional Court and before the Superior Administrative Court.

Gilberto obtained his Law Degree and his Masters Degree in Civil Procedure from the Pontificia Universidad Católica Madre y Maestra. He has also received additional training in medical auditing, civil service law and intellectual property Law.
