Pellerano Nadal Awarded with Two (2) IJGlobal Awards

We are excited to announce that Pellerano Nadal has won two (2) IJGlobal awards at the IJGlobal Awards, which were held in New York on March 14, 2024:

• AES Warehouse Facility for Renewable Energy (Refinance Deal of the Year - Latin America)

• AES Warehouse Facility (Renewable Energy Deal of the Year - NCRE - Latin America)

These awards are connected to our participation as counsel to IDB Invest, JP Morgan Chase, Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior (Bladex) and Scotiabank in a financing package of approximately US$368 million to AES Dominicana Renewable Energy S.A. (ADRE), a subsidiary of The AES Corporation in the Dominican Republic (you can read more about this transaction here).

These IJGlobal Awards recognized finance deals that closed in 2023 across the globe in the many different sectors that combine to reflect infrastructure and energy. The award winners were announced at a prestigious gala on March 14th at Gustavino’s, New York, with esteemed guests which included investors, project sponsors, advisors and financial institutions.
