We are certain that change must go from the inside out, and we want that together we reflect on the care we give to our planet, that everyone plays their part in creating better habits that allow the world to become more sustainable.
On World Beach Day, the Pellerano Nadal family joined the National Day of cleaning beaches, coasts and banks, being a contribution that our planet deserves, the only one we have. We were on the beach of Manresa, together with the team of the Minister of the Environment, Orlando J. Mera, where he opened the simultaneous day that was being held on 80 beaches, a coral reef and 25 banks of rivers, lakes and ravines.
Beach cleaning is a way to raise awareness and talk about the responsibility we all have with our waste from home, and thus prevent the current growing pollution in the seas and oceans, continue to advance.
We thank the entire team of the Ministry of Environment for the support throughout the day.
That this contribution is not only in one day a year, we invite you to tour the beautiful beaches of the Dominican Republic, and protect them by cleaning the waste you see, the planet will thank you.
