Santo Domingo, 30 January 2019 – The Deals of the Year Awards have nominated, in its next edition, a financial operation managed by Luis Rafael Pellerano, today partner of the firm PELLERANO NADAL, as local counsel. The Awards, organized by The American publication LatinFinance, are considering the recognized Dominican lawyer, his team, the Investment banks, and the Dominican Government in category "Sovereign Issuer of the Year: Dominican Republic" (Sovereign Emitter of the Year).
The LatinFinance Deals of the Year Awards recognize the best in the Finance and investments sector of Latin America. This year, the transactions that defined the market between October 2017 and September 2018 will be awarded.
